​International Orders: Once dispatched, international orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances.

​Domestic Orders (India) – Mandatory Unboxing Video: To be eligible for any return or refund, the customer must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video.
​Requirements: Continuous recording (no cuts), showing all six sides of the sealed package, a clear shipping label, and the full reveal of the product.
​Strict Rule: No unboxing video = No return/refund.
​Return Timeline & Condition:
​Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
​Products must be unused, undamaged, and include all original packaging, tags, invoices, and complimentary items.
​Any signs of use, scratches, or stains will result in rejection.
