At Desmond Toto, we take pride in delivering premium-quality products with thorough inspection and secure packaging. Since our products are fashion and personal-use accessories, we support returns only in genuine cases and strictly as per the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances for orders delivered within India:
You received an incorrect product.
You received a damaged product.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
Returns will NOT be accepted for:
Change of mind.
Personal preference (liking / disliking the product).
Minor color or texture variations due to lighting, photography, or screen differences.
Normal wear and tear after use.
Damage caused after delivery.
Claims raised without mandatory proof.
2. International Orders (Outside India)
No Returns / No Refunds for International Orders
Orders placed from outside India and/or delivered outside India are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
International shipping delays.
Customs clearance delays or rejections.
Import duties, taxes, or customs charges.
Incorrect address provided by the customer.
Failed delivery attempts by international courier partners.
Once dispatched, international orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Strict Requirement – India Orders Only).
To be eligible for any return or refund within India, the customer must provide a clear unboxing video that meets all the following conditions:
Continuous, unedited recording (no cuts, pauses, or edits).
Clearly shows all six sides of the sealed package
Package must be rotated and stretched to prove no tampering.
Shipping label must be clearly visible.
Unboxing must be recorded from opening the package till full product reveal.
Any defect or damage must be clearly visible in the same video.
No unboxing video = No return / No refund (strictly enforced).
4. Return Request Timeline (India Orders Only).
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests raised after this time window will not be entertained.
5. Condition of Returned Products.
Returned products must:
Be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
Include original packaging, tags, box, invoice, and any complimentary items.
Any sign of use, scratches, stains, or missing items will result in rejection of the return.
6. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
Reverse pickup is not provided unless explicitly approved.
Desmond Toto is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.
7. Inspection & Approval
All returned items undergo a strict physical inspection.
Approval or rejection of a return/refund is at the sole discretion of Desmond Toto.
If a product fails inspection, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
8. Refund Process
Refunds are initiated only after successful inspection and approval.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Processing time: 7–10 working days after approval.
Shipping charges, COD charges, customs duties, taxes, and convenience fees (if any) are non-refundable.
9. Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted only for genuine defects or incorrect items (India orders only).
Subject to stock availability.
If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued as per this policy.
10. Discounted / Clearance Items
Products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance offers are
non-returnable and non-refundable.
This will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
11. Final Authority
Desmond Toto reserves the final and absolute right to accept or reject any return or refund request based on verification, inspection, and compliance with this policy.
